- Customized Design: The equipment is specifically designed for the operating conditions of paper industry production lines. It adapts to ambient temperatures ranging from -10°C to 50°C, features a motor protection rating of up to IP66, and adopts water cooling. It meets S1 continuous duty requirements, with bidirectional rotation and low-speed, high-torque operation.
- High Performance Indicators: The system employs vector control with an encoder, achieving speed accuracy of ±0.25%. The overall drive system efficiency is ≥95%, with energy savings up to 25%. Equipment operating noise is ≤85 dB(A). The variable frequency drive (VFD) includes multiple protection functions, and the system's mean time between failures (MTBF) is no less than 50,000 hours.
