Oil-immersed transformers

220kV double split transformer

1162.png
To address the large-scale, overcapacity concentrated power generation in new energy power stations, a dual-split structure is adopted. Each phase of the dual-split transformer consists of one high-voltage winding and two low-voltage windings with identical voltage ratings and capacities. Under normal operation, the dual-split transformer transmits electrical energy between the high-voltage and low-voltage windings. The two low-voltage windings, which share the same voltage and capacity, can operate independently or in parallel to handle different loads. It is primarily applied in new energy power generation markets such as wind power and photovoltaics, as well as in large state-owned enterprises.
